How We Do It
We have developed a proprietary business model and organized specific talent that removes the significant barriers associated with typical solar PV commercial development by aggregating multiple sites into one large project. The primary target market are single-entity owners and users of flat commercial roofs under 40,000 square feet where utility rates exceed $0.12 per kWh and where the state has mandated utility-funded renewable energy credits. Each installation is the same size, with uniform costs and performance characteristics, implemented concurrently all within a short time period. The result is one large multi-mega-Watt project, aggregated across multiple sites, significantly reducing risk through diversity, and yielding better performance than the typical large projects most solar projects seek to be.
